Private School Parents Faced The Major Set Back When High Court Dismissed The Petition Of School Fee Waive Off

Prayagraj: The Allahabad High court finally has dismissed the Pil of the Guardians who were seeking the Government to issue a mandated order for nonrecovery of the monthly fees from the private schools.

On that pil it was clearly mentioned that school was closed during this Coronavirus pandemic, the reason being school is also on vacation, Therefore they urge the government to issue the mandate step towards this and ordered the monthly school fees, tuition fees, and the other facilities fees should not be collected from Parents, and it should be waived off till we are facing this Pandemic.

However, in this matter the judiciary said that it is not true, and there is no clear evidence in the Petition, and dismissed this petition, the Bench of the Justice Sunita Aggarwal and SD Singh Heard the Petition of the Ashok Kumar Pandey.

The Judiciary elaborate that the words of the petition were not good enough, as Most of the school already working and continue to run the online classes despite this lockdown.

Children Are being taught through the online classes, not only this they are also being given the homework which is also being checked properly, Hence This is not the exact way to say that schools are in holidays, this is not the sufficient facts to give an ordered, the judiciary said.

It can be seen that there are no chances of the School to be opened as the cases of the coronavirus are increasing gradually day by day in every state of India.

Cases are reporting more promptly since the lockdown lifted in India. It has reached the 490K confirmed cases with the 286k recovered cases and 15,301 death till now.
