Riya Chakraborty may be arrested in Sushant Singh Rajput death case

The CBI may arrest Riya Chakraborty and his entire family in the case of Singh Rajput’s death. Two CBI teams raided Rhea Chakraborty’s house today. Today, on the sixth day, the CBI should continue to interrogate Siddharth Pathani on Wednesday in connection with the death of famous actor Sushant Singh Rajput, his friend who lived with him in his flat.

Drug Control Bureau (NCB) has registered a case against Riya Chakraborty and others. An official of the Drug Control Bureau said a criminal case has been registered against Riya and others. The case has been registered against Riya and others in connection with the investigation into the alleged transaction of the banned truck. Riya and others have been charged with various sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act NDPS.
The NCB is the third federal investigative agency investigating the Sushant Singh Rajput death case. Apart from this, the Enforcement Directorate (ED)and CBI are also investigating this matter.

Let us tell you that the complaint has been filed on the basis of an official mention received from the Enforcement Directorate (ED). According to our sources, the alleged drug dealing is related to the criminal investigation into the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput.

Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead on 14 June in his flat at the Mount Blanc apartment in Bandra. At that time, Pathani, cook Neeraj Singh and domestic help Deepesh Sawant were present in his flat.

Priya’s lawyer Satish Mane Shinde recorded his statement in response to the allegations, “Riya has never consumed drugs in her life. She is ready for a blood test.”
The Enforcement Directorate questioned 28-year-old actress Riya Chakraborty twice in the Sushant Singh Rajput case and her statement has been recorded under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. According to the investigation so far, she is found to be the main accused in the case and in her plea in the Supreme Court, she said that she lived in a ‘live in relationship’ with Sushant.
