Tamil Actor Vadivel Balaji Dies At 45 Due To Heart Attack

Popular Tamil actor Vadivel Balaji dies at 45 due to heart attack on Thursday. The cause of death is being reported as a heart attack. He was hospitalized in Chennai. He was 45. Actor Vadivel was noted for his mimicry and body language.

According to sources, Balaji lived with his wife, a son and a daughter. The actor was apparently paralyzed due to a heart attack. He was undergoing treatment at a hospital in Chennai for the last 15 days.

Vadivel was shifted to other hospitals due to inability to manage expenses. This morning he was admitted to a government hospital. Where he breathed his last.

Balaji along with Pandhayam, Sutta Pazham Sudatha Pazham, Kadhal Panchayathu, Karpanai, and Yaaruda Mahesh. He was shooting for Mr & Mrs Chinnathirai 2 and had apparently got eliminated as well from the show, until a couple of weeks ago.

Actor Dhanush tweeted on his official twitter account, “Deeply saddened and disturbed by the sudden demise of a great talent, Vadivel Balaji. May his soul rest in peace. My condolences to his family.”

Sreedhar Pillai wrote, “#VadivelBalaji , the Vijay TV fame comedy actor passed away due to illness. RIP”

Ramesh Bala tweeted, “Popular TV actor #VadivelBalaji (45) passed away this morning in Chennai. He suffered a heart attack 15 days ago.. Condolences to his near and dear ones..”

Expressing his condolence, Prasanna tweeted, “Shocking!! So sad. RIP”

He was surviving in ventilator from few days. He was a veteran of shows such as Kalakapovathu Yaaru and Adha Edhu Idhu. He gain more popularity with the Adha Edhu Idhu show.

Vadivel Balaji was born in Madurai on 1975. He made his film debut in the 1991 movie En Rasavin Manasile, starring Rajkiran and Meena in the lead roles.
